Main Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications to identify technical specifics and project risks
  

• Define the most effective work methods according to the site context
  

• Accurately and rigorously calculate the necessary quantities
  

• Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors, analyze their offers
  

• Prepare work schedules and integrate them into the estimate
  

• Develop costs in the internal estimation software
  

• Actively participate in the closing of bids
  

• Conduct site visits when required
  

Desired Profile

• Degree in civil engineering, estimation, surveying, or related field
  

• Minimum 5 years of site experience, combined with significant estimation experience
  

• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  

• Proficiency in tools such as Autodesk and TPL (assets)
  

• Functional level of English  
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  

Working Conditions

• On-site position in the company's offices in Montreal (South-West)
  

• After 3 months, possibility of 2 days of remote work per week
